Maintained and evolved the brand’s visual identity across multiple markets, creating location-specific branding based on demographics and producing high-quality collateral that reinforced its luxury positioning.
Designed multi-channel listing campaigns and agent promotional materials, including magazine ads, direct mail pieces, social media content, and award announcements, ensuring each project aligned with brand standards while helping agents stand out.
Supported 50+ real estate advisors with tailored marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns, providing tools, templates, and promotional materials that enhanced their visibility and helped them grow their business.

Nearly 18 acres on the Potomac River. This custom-built, four-level estate offers sweeping water views, a dramatic spiral staircase, private elevator, and multiple terraces for indoor-outdoor living. A chef’s kitchen anchors the home, paired with a resort-style saltwater pool and functional entertaining spaces. Silver LEED-certified and minutes from Leonardtown — with DC only 90 minutes away — it blends elegance, comfort, and sustainability in one waterfront retreat.
Marketing Support
Produced The Knight Road Luxury Portfolio, a 42-page interactive
e-publication in Issuu featuring photography, maps, floor plans, 3D tours, and neighborhood highlights. Designed a four-page brochure, broker’s open postcard, and full-page digital magazine ad. Executed a targeted digital advertising campaign that generated qualified leads and maximized exposure across multiple channels.
