GreenLine Real Estate is a community-focused brokerage helping clients navigate home buying and selling with confidence. As Marketing Advisor and Graphic Designer, I was brought on to refresh the brand’s visual identity, give agents stronger design resources, and create materials that would connect more effectively with the community.
Key Contributions:
Led a brand update that introduced a modernized identity and guidelines, then brought it to life through brochures, digital layouts, and branded items that gave the brokerage a polished, unified look.
Partnered with agents to design custom brochures, listing presentations, social media templates, and event materials that not only aligned with brand standards but also helped them share their stories and win new clients.
Reimagined the Home Buyer Workshops with fresh branding, targeted campaigns, OOH visuals, and community signage, turning them into welcoming events that drew more people in and built stronger connections.
Results:
Strengthened the company’s visual presence, improved agent marketing materials, increased workshop attendance, expanded brand visibility, and generated stronger leads for the brokerage.

The Exchange
The residences at The Exchange blend style and functionality with layouts that suit both work and leisure. Modern finishes, including Italian cabinetry, wide-plank hardwood floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows, create a refined and understated elegance. Amenities such as private roof decks, a rooftop party room, and secure storage offer comfort, sophistication, and convenience.
Marketing Support: Led the project from concept to completion, delivering a custom logo, print collateral, new construction site banners, and a full campaign of email and digital marketing to effectively reach target audiences. (2021–2022, Washington, DC)
The Baptisia
The Baptisia offers four condominiums that blend modern comfort with sustainable design, including airtight construction, superior ventilation, and the potential for net zero energy living with solar panels. Pursuing certifications such as Passive House, Energy Star, and Indoor AirPlus, these homes provide lower utility costs, healthier air, and the option to live carbon-free.

The Home Buyer Workshops were monthly seminars guiding buyers through the steps of homeownership, serving as a key driver of business and brand awareness for both agents and the company. Through targeted advertising including email, Out-of-Home placements, social media, direct mail, digital ads, and word-of-mouth, I helped turn these classes into popular, must-attend community events.
